GSA abides by the law when both sharing and obtaining information
They conduct a quality control exercise on their contracts/COs in accordance with OMB Circular A-130 Appendix I every two years.

One cool way they use this procedure in an outside the box manner is to pull contracts, emails and telephone conversations of the people whom they are recruiting within the government. They get an inside look at everybody that wants to work for them. That way they know what they’re getting before they even get there.
I’ve worked for the government for 9.5 years. Try and dig up information on me if you’d like. I’m an open book. There isn’t much I haven’t seen and I’ve done everything administratively in contracting that will help you succeed.
